1. USA and Canada Shipping

We offer free shipping to the Continental United States and Canada for orders over $50. However, for orders under $50, there is a $9.99 shipping fee. Your order be prepared and packaged within 2-7 business days, except for some special products that require longer production time as indicated on the product detail pages.

Shipping via our standard method generally takes between 3-13 working days, depending on your location. Please note that these estimated delivery times are subject to change and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or high demand.

2. International Shipping

At this time, MANITO only offers USA and Canada shipping for orders from our official website. Customers in other countries or regions can also browse our website. If you want to place an international order, please contact us through email at: info@manitosilk.com.

3. Tracking Information

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2–3 days for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email within 5 days of placing an order, please contact us at customerservice@manitosilk.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. Products Inspection

To protect your rights and interests, please pay attention to the following aspects when you receive the merchandise:

Check the quantity and quality of all products (including free gifts, and packaging gift boxes) with the delivery staff face-to-face when signing the receipt. If there is packaging damage, errors, shortages, quality problems, and other factors affecting the signing of the goods, you can reject the package, the relevant gifts, accessories or bundled goods should be rejected together on the spot.

We recommend that you try not to entrust others to sign for you. If someone else signs for the goods on your behalf without inspecting them in the presence of the delivery staff, the packaging of the goods you ordered is considered to be free of any problems.

To facilitate the possible return and exchange process in the future, please keep the outer packaging box of the goods for 30 days.

5. Monogrammed Items & Pre-Sale Items

Please add 5-10 additional working days to your process time when you have requested a monogram.

If your order contains pre-sale items, your order will not be shipped until the pre-sale items are in stock. We’re sorry that we do not support split shipments at the moment.

6. Packaging

The majority of our items will be wrapped in tissue paper and individually packaged in a signature MANITO box, perfect for gifting.

Some special items will be shipped randomly in regular packaging or gift packaging, please check this information in the product details. Regular packaging does not include a gift box. If you would like a gift box, please leave a note during checkout when placing your order.

7. Failed to Deliver

If the package is undelivered or rejected due to the customer’s reasons, the additional costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility. It could be any of the following reasons, such as:

– The address or contact information (phone number/email address) you provided is wrong, and it was not corrected in time after receiving the delivery confirmation letter.
– The carrier is always unable to find you, or you are not home when they try to deliver the package to you multiple times.
– The parcel is on hold with Customs, and there might be a TAX/VAT import fee that needs to be paid for, but you declined.

In these cases, we will not be able to provide any compensation for the additional costs of the failed delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

8. Duties & Taxes

Please note that our system automatically determines the shipping location based on the inventory of items purchased. International deliveries outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes randomly, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country (including Canada). These charges are not covered by MANITO and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware that if the recipient does not take timely action to pay for their duties or taxes, they will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the package to the sender.

9. Returns

We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your MANITO order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product/s, you may return them for exchange or refund following our Returns & Exchanges policy.

However, it is important to note that you can only cancel your order before or after the shipping process. MANITO cannot take responsibility for any costs that may be incurred if you cancel your order unilaterally during the delivery process.
